Another successful Community Christmas Dinner was held on Christmas Day, 25th of December 2023 at the Dunedin Town Hall.This was the last Dinner to be hosted by AOK. The Dunedin Community House will host this event in the future.

It is truly lovely to have the Acts of Kindness Christmas lunch back in the Town Hall in 2022, after a 2-year break as a result of Covid.
Look forward to seeing all the lovely friends we have made at the annual lunch over the years.
My wife and I landed in New Zealand on Christmas Day 2018 to start our honeymoon. We were hanging out in the center of town when a kind woman invited us and some other travellers to join in the meal. We were in total awe. The town hall is amazing, the food was fantastic, we had such a fun time singing carols, the raffle, and meeting so many kind people from Dunedin and beyond. I don’t think I can give you all enough praise for how welcomed, loved, and special we felt this event was for us. We will be donating to support this great event this year. A big thank you and Merry Christmas from San Francisco!
